Checking the real-time status of your Goodlife order is quick and easy—follow the steps below to stay updated on your package’s journey. For help with tracking issues, contact us at support@goodlifestore.shop.
1. How to Track Your Order
  • Step 1: Find the Tracking Tool: Visit the Goodlife homepage, then look for the “Track Order” option in the navigation bar (located on the right side).
  • Step 2: Enter Your Tracking Number: Click on “Track Order” to open the tracking page. Enter the unique tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email (sent after your order is dispatched).
  • Step 3: View Real-Time Status: After entering your tracking number, click “Search” or “Track” to see your package’s latest status—including transit updates, estimated delivery date, and delivery confirmation (once shipped).
2. Where to Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number is included in the shipping notification email we send once your order is processed and dispatched (usually within 1-3 business days of placing your order).
  • Check your inbox (and spam folder, if needed) for an email with the subject line like “Your Goodlife Order Has Shipped” or similar.
  • If you haven’t received the shipping notification email within 4 business days of ordering, or can’t find your tracking number, email support@goodlifestore.shop with your order number—we’ll resend the tracking details to you promptly.
3. Common Tracking Issues & Solutions
  • “Tracking number not found” error: This may happen if your order was just dispatched (tracking info can take 12-24 hours to update in the courier’s system). Wait a few hours and try again, or contact support@goodlifestore.shop to confirm the tracking number.
  • No updates for multiple days: Tracking may pause temporarily during transit (e.g., between sorting facilities). If there are no updates for more than 3 business days (or beyond the estimated delivery window), reach out to us—we’ll work with the courier to investigate.


  • Incorrect delivery status: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us at support@goodlifestore.shop within 3 days of the marked delivery date. Include your order number and tracking number, and we’ll help resolve the issue (e.g., check with the courier for drop-off details).
